Fettucine Spinach Bake(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucine noodles, cooked
    2 lb. fresh spinach, cleaned
    1 1/2 lb. nonfat cottage cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    12 oz. mushrooms, washed and sliced
    2 bunches long green onions, diced
    1 tsp. fresh garlic
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray nonstick skillet with Pam.
    Add in garlic, mushrooms and onions.
    Simmer until mushrooms are tender and then add spinach and water.
    Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
    Mix together spinach mixture, cooked noodles and cottage cheese.
    Place in Pam sprayed 11 x 15-inch baking pan.
    Top with shredded cheese and Parmesan. Bake in a 475\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
