Zepolies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, Ricotta, eggs and vanilla to make dough.
    Heat small pot with Crisco oil.
    Drop balls of dough into oil.
    When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
