Chicken Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, lightly brown rice in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is done. Top with cheese; allow to melt.
