Velvet Chicken - cooking recipe

2 c. boned chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Use this chicken in stir-fry dishes.
Stir-fry vegetables first with shredded ginger, adding velvet chicken last in order to heat only.
