Cream Of Wheat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Cream of Wheat, uncooked
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. Crisco
    1 egg
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with enough buttermilk to make a thin mixture. Pour into greased skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
