Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomm
    1 can water
    1 1/2 stick margarine
    2 cups long grain regular rice
    2/3 c. chopped carrots
    2/3 c. blanched almonds
    1 tsp. accent
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Hand chop carrots and celery, use scissors for green onion tops.
    Set oven to 325.
    Put casserole pan with heavy cover in oven to heat.
    A heavy casserole with a tight fitting cover works best.
    Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, melt margarine and add rice.
    In another pan heat the consomm and water, just before it starts to boil, pour rice and margarine into consomm.
    Take hot casserole out of oven and pour rice mixture into it.
    Return to oven and bake 35 minutes.
    Serves 10 - 12.
