Crunchy Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh or frozen peas
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. green onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento
    1 c. cashews, Macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Ranch dressing
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
Preparation
    Rinse frozen peas in hot water (steam if you use fresh peas). Combine vegetables and nuts with sour cream and dressing.
    Toss gently and add pimiento.
    Chill and serve.
