Ingredients

1 pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 tsp. additional vanilla
1 banana
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1/2 c. grated chocolate
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. whipped topping
4 Tbsp. cherry or strawberry preserves (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, cook pudding, milk and water (or cook in microwave); watch very closely.
Stir often and use medium heat on stove.
When thickened, remove from heat.
Cool; when almost cooled, add vanilla.
Cool completely.
Add yogurt and whipped topping, folding in peeled banana.
Put into individual dessert dishes or glass bowl.
Before serving, top with preserves.
Dollop Cool Whip over top.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles.
