Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked long grain white rice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. onion, chopped *
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped *
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in oil in large skillet.
    Stir in rice, water chestnuts, mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir in beaten eggs; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
