Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar (I use Equal)
    2 egg substitutes
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; add eggs and mix well.
    Blend in milk. Combine dry ingredients; mix by hand into the first mixture.
    Fold in blueberries very gently.
