Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 lb. Parkay margarine
    4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Hershey cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut up margarine and cheese together; melt in microwave. Mix sugar, pecans and cocoa together. Stir in cheese, margarine and vanilla. Add coconut, if desired.
    Half of this recipe makes a lot.
