Seafood Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place fish fillets or raw shrimp in a bowl and cover with marinade.
    Let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
    Place shrimp or fish in a broiling pan 5 to 6 inches from the heat.
    Broil until done and occasionally baste with marinade.
