One Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, cocoa and milk together.
    Add melted margarine.
    Stir until it comes to a rolling boil.
    Boil 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and beat until mixture starts to thicken.
    Add vanilla and continue to beat until ready to spread on cake.
