Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. regular rice or 1/2 c. instant
    1/3 c. onion, grated
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place sausage meat (thoroughly broken up) in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle rice over it.
    Add onion, tomatoes, mustard and salt.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain off any excess fat.
