Three Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. grated onions
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. finely minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except parsley and pecans (a food processor makes a very smooth cheese; an electric mixer will leave some discernible individual ingredients). Toss parsley with pecans and blend half into cheese mixture.
    Form cheese into a ball and roll in remaining parsley mixture until well coated.
