Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced potatoes
    1 onion diced
    2 cups milk
    4 tablespoons margarine
    2 tablespoons parsley
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    Dash pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions in 4 cups water until tender. Scald milk. Melt margarine in small skillet, add parsley. Stir in flour and seasoning. Add to milk and cook until slightly thickened. Combine with potatoes. Stir until well blended.
