Ingredients

4 c. very ripe peaches, mashed
3 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
2 c. whipping cream
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

Mix peaches, sugar and lemon juice.
Turn into ice cream freezer can.
Mix in whipping cream.
Fill can to 3/4 full with half and half.
Freeze until firm.
