Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 packets Butter Buds mix, divided
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 c. 2% low-fat milk
    2 eggs, separated
    8 oz. dry curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (in juice), drained
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh lemon peel
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix gelatin, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, 1 packet Butter Buds, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, milk and egg yolks in top of double boiler.
    Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens slightly. Cool.
