Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (1 large can)
    1 c. sugar (I use less)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and pour into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle on topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
