Marinated Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen 5-minute cook cauliflower
    1 envelope onion Italian mild, Italian or garlic salad mix
    vinegar, water and salad oil
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Prepare cauliflower as directed on package; drain.
    Meanwhile, prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, water and salad oil as directed.
    Lay lettuce leaves in bottom of bowl.
    Put cauliflower over lettuce and pour 1/2 cup salad dressing over vegetables. Chill at least 3 hours.
    Garnish with minced scallions and crumbled cooked bacon if desired.
    Makes about 2 cups or 3 servings.
