Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Season chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown well in hot fat in skillet.
    Turn down heat, add water and simmer 45 minutes, turning once.
    Add more water if necessary.
