Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. instant rice
    4 medium peppers
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef; stir in onion.
    Cook until beef is brown. Stir in tomato sauce, cheese, salt and instant rice. Cook awhile. I usually precook peppers awhile in microwave.
