Pizza Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cut cheese into 20 (1/2-inch) cubes.
    Shred remaining cheese; set aside.
    In bowl, mix with hands, beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and egg.
    Make meatballs around cube of cheese, so cheese is in center of each.
    In skillet, heat oil and lightly brown meatballs.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
