Deep Dish Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 pt. fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
3 oz. strawberry jello
baked and cooled deep dish pie crust
Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and jello.
Cook over medium-high heat until thick and transparent.
Cool.
Put berries into a baked and cooled deep dish pie crust and pour jello mixture over berries.
Refrigerate.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream when ready to serve.
