Italian Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) beef roast
    3 c. water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place roast in a roasting pan.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Sprinkle rest of seasoning over top of the meat.
    Roast until medium rare, about 2 1/2 hours or internal temperature is 150\u00b0.
    Slice and serve on hard rolls.
