Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cook rice, apple juice and water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir.
    Reduce heat to a simmer.
    Cover pan; cook, stirring every five minutes, until rice is tender.
    Remove from stove. Stir in raisins and cinnamon.
