Ingredients

6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. Wondra flour or regular flour
4 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
1/8 to 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Use blender if available.
Beat eggs for 1 minute.
Add milk and beat for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes.
Have frying pan coated lightly with butter and pour about 1/4 cup batter into hot pan.
Tilt pan all around so the batter covers the bottom.
These are very thin pancakes; they will appear like a crepe.
