Emma'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 dozen tortillas
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 onion, grated
    1 can Ortega green chile SALA, chop fine and use juice too
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken and dice.
    Cut tortillas in 1-inch squares.
    Mix liquids, onion and SALA together.
    Butter a large, shallow baking dish.
    Add juice to bottom of dish, then a layer of tortillas and a layer of chicken.
    Make 2 or 3 layers, ending with the liquid on top.
    Cover with cheese and let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
