Freezer Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 ears corn
3 green peppers, chopped
3 red peppers, chopped
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 small head cabbage, shredded
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut corn off the cobs.
Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Cool and ladle into pint size Ziploc bags.
Seal and freeze.
