Kiffels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. flour
2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners sugar
filling of your choice (such as apricot, nut, prune, poppy seed, by Baker)
Preparation

Let butter and cream cheese sit out until room temperature. Then cream together cheese and butter; add flour.
Roll into one big ball.
Pinch off into small balls, about 50.
Refrigerate overnight.
