Roti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, beef or pork
    8 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 small hot pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 (10-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    The night before:
    Season meat with onion, curry, seasoned salt, pepper and ginger.
