Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna in vegetable oil (6 1/8 oz.)
    1 c. potato chips (plain)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. lemon
    shortening
Preparation
    Drain tuna and dump into mixing bowl.
    Add chips and stir lightly.
    Measure milk and egg into a cup and whip with a fork. Add to tuna mixture.
    Add lemon and mix.
    Preheat skillet containing oil.
    Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture into skillet and smash with a fork or spatula.
    Cook until golden brown; turn and cook until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Makes several, depending on size dropped.
