Orange Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. orange, peach or apricot Jell-O
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated carrots
small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix Jell-O with 2 cups hot water and cool.
Add carrots, sour cream, pineapple and walnuts and pour into mold.
Can add cherries for color.
