Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns (onions peppers)
1 jar real bacon bits
10 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Brown hash browns in oil.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread potatoes in dish.
Pour eggs over potatoes, top with salt, pepper and bacon bits.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next day cook for 25 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
