Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix flour with pineapple juice and sugar.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mix well.
    Pour into buttered (1-quart) casserole dish.
    Mix melted butter and crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Bubbly and cheese melts.
