Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Bisquick or 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 small cans flaked coconut
Preparation
    Blend sugar and flour (or Bisquick), then add beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
    Cool before serving.
    Pie will make its own crust.
