Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box raisins
2 c. water
2 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
12 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or Equal
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cook raisins in water until all water is boiled out.
Mix the dry ingredients; add oil, eggs, nuts, raisins and applesauce. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
