Aunt Mae'S Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. chopped green chiles
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. soft tortillas
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion, season with salt and pepper.
    Add soups, green chiles and enchilada sauce.
