Pastry-Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix 3 cups flour, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1 cup lard until crumbly. Beat 1 egg; add 3 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Add to mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 2 pies.
