Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. small flour tortillas
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
    1 bunch green onions
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Co-Jack cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour gradually.
    Stir in chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add yogurt and green chili peppers.
    Roll chicken, 1 tablespoon sauce, cheese and onions in tortillas; place in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking oil or spray.
    Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas; sprinkle with cheese and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
