Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    8 slices bacon, crumbled
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small head lettuce, shredded
    10 oz. frozen peas
    1 large red onion, chopped
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Wash and drain spinach.
    Tear spinach in small pieces and place in bottom of large salad bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add bacon, eggs, lettuce, peas, onion and chicken in separate layers.
