Two-Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large egg
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly spray 12-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 quarts of water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. Shred Cheddar.
