Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container nonfat sour cream alternative
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
    60 fat-free saltine crackers
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper seasoning until well blended.
    Cover; chill until serving time.
    Serve as a dip on or with crackers.
    Each serving (1 cracker and 2 teaspoons of dip) contains 17 calories and no fat.
