Basic Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil.
    Add dry ingredients; beat to a smooth batter.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot ungreased griddle.
    Cook until underside is golden brown and bubbles appear over surface; turn. Cook other side.
