Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. bell peppers, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground sausage
1 c. bisquick mix
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage.
Slightly beat eggs.
Mix all ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch glass dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
