Zucchini Rice With Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, bulk or links
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 1/2 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Push to one side and remove all but 2 Tbsp. fat.
Add rice, zucchini and onion.
Cook and stir until slightly browned.
Stir in tomato, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese.
Heat to melt cheese.
Serves 4.
