Peanut Butter Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
dash of salt
evaporated milk (about 2 Tbsp.)

Preparation

Mix together sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and enough milk to moisten.
Mix until real smooth and creamy.
Divide in half.
Roll each piece about 1/4-inch thick in an oblong shape in between sheets of wax paper.
