Parisienne Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken cutlets
    1 c. currant jam
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place cutlets in shallow baking dish.
    In saucepan, mix all other ingredients.
    Bring to boil, reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes, or until tender.
    Baste frequently.
    Serves 6.
