Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift flour with soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots and pecans.
    Place in three 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
