Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, pour over meat in Dutch oven.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 hours.
